With a GreenScreen background, you can transform your video footage by adding any backdrop using video editing Chroma key techniques.
GreenScreenPaint is a water-based wall paint product that turns walls and objects into a GreenScreen. It is ready to use and quick and easy to apply with a short-haired roller. You can paint a wall or even create a mobile greenscreen by applying GreenscreenPaint on a substrate and film wherever you want.
By filming a character or object in front of the green wall, you can add any desired background later using the Chromakey technique. Use a video editing programme – such as Adobe Premiere Pro, iMovie, Magix Video Deluxe, Pinnacle Studio Plus, Sony Vegas, etc. to add any desired background to your video.
Green colours are popular backgrounds for filmmaking because they’re different from most human skin tones, hair colours, and clothing.
A green background is ideal if you are shooting daytime scenes or when you want your shots to look bright and well-lit.
If you're shooting low light level shots (for example night shots, or if your subject needs to wear something green, or if you're filming somewhere where trees and grass will be visible in your shot, then you should consider a Bluescreen instead.

What's In The Tin?
GreenScreen Paint is a high-quality water-based indoor matte wall paint based on an acrylic paint binder. It can be applied easily in one or two layers to create a perfectly even matte-green surface, ideal for chromakey technology.

How To Install?
GreenScreen Paint can be applied with a short-haired roller for water-based paints.
The surface should be solid, clean, dry and free of grease, dust and rust. Remove loose coats of paint and clean old coats of paint with a paint cleaner. Fill up any cracks and holes with a suitable filler and lightly sand the surface. Remove any fat, dirt and dust present with water and amonia. If possible, sponge with clean water and let it dry well. Wallpaper to be painted must be firmly attached. GreenscreenPaint can be applied directly to wood-like surfaces. For other surfaces a suitable primer is advised.
Stir the paint well. Apply GreenScreenPaint in long lanes from top to bottom and re-roll in one direction. Another layer of GreenScreen Paint can be applied within 4 hours depending on the temperature and humidity.
